Maggie’s back!! Yaaay!
Unfortunately, the guys at the dealership don’t have the technical vocabulary to explain to me what, exactly, went wrong. I’ll have to get a German coworker to call them for the details. I’m thinking/guessing it was a slave cylinder failure which is what I think went wrong the last time.
Regardless, she’s back and I’m happy. Gotta get used to the clutch throw, though. Seems a bit deeper than before…
I’m worried that this failure was only 14,790 miles after the previous one. And that one went after 35,660 miles. So, I’m certain it isn’t due to abuse or miss use (see Rule Number One) but I should have a better understanding after I get some German on German communication going.
